Field Surface Facilities (FSF) Director

About the role

The Field Surface Facilities (FSF) Director will lead the inspection, monitoring and operational management of oilfield surface facilities and production systems for AntonAnton Oilfield Services Group in Wasit, Iraq. This senior position ensures safe, stable and efficient operation of all field facilities in line with company and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, monitor and manage oilfield surface facilities and production systems.
• Oversee operation and maintenance coordination of crude oil processing units, production wells, water injection wells and related ancillary facilities.
• Coordinate with the Development Department to support well opening, shutdown and wellhead equipment operations.
• Ensure compliance with operational and HSE standards for safe and efficient field facility performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in oil and gas field operations or production facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of oilfield production operations, surface facilities and wellhead systems.
• Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.
