Control Room Supervisor

About the role

The Control Room Supervisor will oversee the central control system to ensure safe and efficient oil, gas and water production at the Maysan site. Working closely with on‑site operators and emergency teams, the role guarantees continuous monitoring and rapid response to any operational anomalies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse production data and equipment conditions via the central control system.
• Identify and promptly report abnormalities in major equipment to the Central Control Supervisor and Equipment Supervisor.
• Maintain coordination with on‑site operators to support smooth production and emergency response.
• Lead production coordination during emergency situations to ensure safety and continuity.
• Supervise central control operators in collecting accurate production and operational data.
• Organise, archive and submit production reports and operational documentation in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of oil, gas and water production operations and processes.
• Familiarity with oil and gas surface gathering, transportation systems and related production facilities.
• Understanding of control room operations, production monitoring systems and operational procedures.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a control room environment within the oil and gas industry.
