Camera Specialist – On‑site Visual Production Role

About the role

The Camera Specialist will join Alnimaa Scientific Bureau in Erbil to support visual projects across the company. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering high‑quality imagery for a range of internal and external initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain professional camera equipment for photo and video shoots.
• Set up, adjust, and optimize lighting rigs to achieve desired visual effects.
• Capture high‑resolution visuals that meet technical and creative standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with creative and technical team members to align visual output with project goals.
• Maintain equipment performance records and ensure regular maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in camera operation and handling various camera systems.
• Strong knowledge of lighting equipment and techniques.
• Good understanding of image composition and visual production requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to on‑site conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree in film production, media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in media production or a similar role is a plus.
