B2B Sales Supervisor

About the role

The B2B Sales Supervisor will lead the sales team in expanding Al Safi Group's presence in the electrical and lighting projects sector for private‑business clients. You will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure the team meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support B2B sales strategies to grow market share in electrical and lighting projects.
• Supervise, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client needs to identify new project opportunities.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports to senior management.
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, projects and partnerships to strengthen the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineering firms, architects, consultants and other industry stakeholders.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, networking events and client meetings to promote products and services.
• Oversee preparation of proposals, quotations and sales presentations in line with client requirements.
• Coordinate documentation and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Track project progress, delivery schedules and payments to ensure timely completion.
• Analyze sales performance and market feedback, providing improvement recommendations.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior B2B sales role, preferably project‑based.
• Strong leadership, team coordination and ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
