About the role
We are seeking a motivated, client‑oriented Account Manager to drive the full sales cycle for our restaurant management platform, Eatix. You will generate leads, close new restaurant accounts, onboard clients, and nurture long‑term relationships to grow revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and qualify new restaurant leads through outbound calls, networking, events and digital channels.
- Conduct product demos, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and secure contract sign‑offs.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, overseeing onboarding, training and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with technical support to resolve issues and ensure smooth system operation.
- Monitor client usage, provide performance insights and recommend optimisations.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, prepare account reviews and drive renewals.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of B2B sales, account management or client success experience, preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech.
- Proven track record of lead generation, prospecting and closing new business.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and POS/RMS systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Required skills
- Experience with restaurant management software (e.g., Eatix) and POS/RMS systems.
