Warranty Administrator

About the role

The Warranty Administrator will manage and process warranty and policy claims for Jaguar Land Rover in full compliance with company policies and audit standards. Working closely with Service Advisors, Technicians and JLR Warranty Teams, the role ensures accurate claim submissions, maximises recovery and minimises rejections.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end warranty and policy claims through approved JLR systems such as TOPIX and DDW.
• Validate claim coding, labor operations, parts selection and supporting documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to gather repair orders, diagnostic logs, technical reports and parts invoices.
• Monitor claim status, follow up on approvals, rejections and discrepancies with JLR Warranty Teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date warranty records and ensure timely submissions to avoid claim loss.
• Analyse warranty data to identify trends, recurring failures and improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with the Parts Department to manage warranty parts handling and returns.
• Support internal and external audits and provide training on warranty procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warranty claim processing or a similar automotive service role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with service teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with JLR warranty systems (TOPIX, DDW).
• Experience using dealership management and JLR platforms for claim submission.
