Warehouse Administrative Support & Auditing Officer (EVD)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Baghdad supports the electronic voucher distribution (EVD) function of Next Generation, the authorized Zain agent in Iraq. The officer ensures smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory control, and compliance through regular audits and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, packing and unloading activities for EVD stock.
• Monitor inventory levels, reconcile discrepancies and maintain detailed records.
• Conduct regular audits to verify documentation and adherence to internal controls.
• Prepare reports on stock movements, audit findings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to maintain a safe, organized and efficient environment.
• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, and follow‑up on stock transfers.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, logistics or supply‑chain management, preferably in telecommunications or retail distribution.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Baghdad with strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Basic computer proficiency, especially with Excel and inventory management systems.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities and clear communication skills.
