Training Specialist – Automotive Training Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Training Specialist to join STA Jaguar Land Rover in Baghdad. The role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities by designing, delivering, and evaluating technical and non‑technical training programs within the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering both technical and soft‑skill topics.
• Assess training needs, develop tailored materials, and localize content for the local workforce.
• Conduct workshops, presentations and hands‑on sessions for employees at all levels.
• Monitor training effectiveness, collect feedback and produce performance reports.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and propose development solutions aligned with company objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
• Prior experience in a training role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable addressing groups.
