About the role
Royal Trip Travel & Tourism is seeking a motivated Ticketing Sales Officer to join its growing team in Baghdad. The role focuses on selling airline tickets, issuing tickets, and delivering high‑quality customer service to travelers.
Key responsibilities
- Sell airline tickets to customers and provide travel advice.
- Issue tickets and manage reservations using the airline ticketing system.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
- Communicate with clients and partners through Microsoft Outlook.
Required profile
- Proven experience in airline ticket sales and ticket issuance.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast‑paced environment.
