Student Life Coordinator

About the role

The Student Life Coordinator leads the Student Life Organization (SLO) at CADMUS® International School, empowering students to enhance school culture and academic standards while fostering their personal development into responsible global citizens.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all SLO activities, recruit and manage the SLO team, and coordinate with academic and administrative departments.
• Motivate students to join and actively participate in SLO initiatives, plan the academic year, and promote SLO events.
• Train student prefects in leadership, managerial, and academic skills, and support them in meeting school needs.
• Collaborate with Academic Quality Controllers, Heads of Departments, and the Student Management Coordinator to ensure SLO contributes to academic success and discipline.
• Lead weekly meetings with the School Director and SLO leadership team to review performance, set goals, and solve challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the SABIS® Network.
• Professional behavior, ethical conduct, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated accountability, problem‑solving ability, and commitment to continuous learning.
