About the role
We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Coordinator to shape and grow our online presence. The role involves developing strategies, producing engaging content, and driving audience interaction across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and maintain company accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and other platforms.
- Create, curate and publish posts, graphics, videos and stories.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity and platform updates to refine content plans.
- Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance, generate reports and provide actionable insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and nurture an online community.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators and marketing teams to ensure alignment with broader initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts and running successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of analytics, paid advertising and content strategy.
- Excellent writing, editing and communication abilities.
- Creativity, attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
