Service Technician – Automotive Repair

About the role

Bajger Company is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join its automotive service team in Sulaymaniah. The role involves performing repair and maintenance tasks on customer vehicles, ensuring high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute service repairs promptly according to repair orders.
• Identify additional required jobs, provide cost estimates, and document them.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues, including noise and vibration problems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work bay cleanliness per company standards.
• Complete final inspections following standard operating procedures.
• Record work on check sheets and log sheets, and request supervisor assistance when needed.
• Adhere to safety measures and punch‑in/out accurately for time tracking.

Required profile

• Fluent in Kurdish, English, and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in automobile functions and repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
