Secondary Physics Teacher – Evening Tuition

About the role

MZ Talent Group is seeking an experienced Secondary Physics Teacher to join a brand‑new tuition centre in Rasafa, Baghdad. The position involves delivering focused, evening tuition to small groups of students, helping them build confidence and improve their academic performance in physics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging physics lessons tailored to the needs of groups of 4‑12 students.
• Explain challenging concepts clearly, develop problem‑solving skills and support exam preparation.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment during three evening sessions per week.

Required profile

• PGCE with QTS (mandatory).
• Minimum five years of teaching experience in an international education setting, specifically teaching secondary physics.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to support students of varying ability levels.
• Valid DBS and police check.
• Legal authorization to work in Iraq and availability to teach in person in Baghdad.
