Salesperson Representative - Industrial Lubricants

About the role

Ziyut Al Adaa Lubricants Trading Company, which imports and distributes Cyclon, Klueber and TotalEnergies industrial lubricants for Iraq, is looking for a Salesperson Representative in Erbil. The role drives sales growth, builds client relationships and expands market presence, working closely with the sales team and management. It is a field-based position requiring significant fieldwork.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls and visits, manage indoor sales for retail customers and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
• Advise customers on CYCLON, TotalEnergies and KLÜBER products and offer tailored recommendations.
• Maintain the customer database and register new clients in the ERP and CRM systems; prepare regular reports and follow up on time.
• Process orders and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
• Prepare quotations and offers, issue cash receipts and invoices, and complete related paperwork accurately.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven field sales experience focused on new business and sales growth.
• College diploma.
• Proficiency in English; native Kurdish is mandatory, high-level Arabic is a plus.
• Valid commercial driver's licence (manual car) and willingness to travel within the region.
• Previous experience with expatriates is an advantage.
