About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Baghdad and focuses on leading a team of sales representatives. The Sales Supervisor will set sales goals, implement strategies, and ensure that targets are consistently achieved while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives.
- Set sales goals and implement strategies to meet them.
- Monitor team performance and analyze sales reports.
- Provide training and development for staff.
- Maintain high levels of customer service.
- Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients and business partners.
Required profile
- Strong team management and training abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Analytical skills to evaluate performance, set targets, and optimise efficiency.
- Experience in sales or retail management (preferred).
- Ability to work on‑site in Baghdad with a flexible, solution‑oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (advantageous).
