Service Advisor (Night Shift)

About the role

The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact between customers and the service workshop, handling service requests, documenting vehicle concerns, and coordinating repairs to ensure timely, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive customers, understand their concerns, and accurately record vehicle issues and service requirements.
• Open and manage job cards, documenting customer requests, vehicle details, and required services.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspections, recording visible damage, mileage, and service history.
• Explain recommended repairs, service packages, estimated costs, and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with workshop controllers, technicians, parts, and quality control teams to ensure proper job execution.
• Monitor repair progress, provide timely updates to customers, and obtain approvals for additional work.
• Ensure parts availability and correct issuance to avoid delays.
• Verify quality of completed work before vehicle handover and prepare final invoices.
• Maintain accurate records in the dealership system (Autoline) and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and warranty procedures.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and follow up after service completion to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service, service advisory, or customer‑facing roles.
• Good understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance requirements, and service processes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Autoline dealership management system.
