Sales Representative/Manager - Diagnostic Imaging

About the role

United Imaging Healthcare, a global medical technology company developing AI-enabled medical imaging, radiotherapy, life science and intelligent healthcare solutions, is looking for a Sales Representative/Manager to strengthen commercial performance and support the wider adoption of its products. The role contributes to the growth of advanced diagnostic imaging solutions in a dynamic healthcare market, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the regional sales team and grow the market share of UIH products across assigned territories.
• Take part in bidding activities and coordinate with marketing, logistics and service teams to execute projects and meet regional sales targets.
• Support regional promotions and trade shows, analyse market conditions and build a strong stakeholder network.
• Build and maintain a customer-focused regional network, resolving customer issues through internal coordination.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine or a related field.
• At least 5 years of successful healthcare sales experience with a strong track record; experience with diagnostic imaging equipment is preferred.
• Experience managing or developing a sales team.
• Deep understanding of the diagnostic imaging ecosystem and its development trends.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, eligible to work in Iraq.

Required skills

• Communication and negotiation, including presenting to and negotiating with hospital procurement teams, radiology department leaders, distributors and clinical decision-makers.
• Knowledge and analysis of competitor products in diagnostic imaging.
• Sales strategy formulation and tender and contract management.
• Understanding of local healthcare policy relevant to sales and tendering.
• Customer relationship management and identifying customers' needs.
