About the role
Rotana is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales activities and maximise business opportunities across its portfolio. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer service and creative solutions for both transient and group business.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive coverage of the assigned portfolio, targeting all account levels and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales action plans to exceed set objectives.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals for transient and group bookings.
- Generate and nurture sales leads for Rotana in the designated market.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable feedback.
- Maintain major account files and support senior management with account management processes.
- Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximise up‑selling opportunities.
Required profile
- Degree in Sales or related field.
- Minimum two years of post‑graduate experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Guest‑focused, proactive attitude with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and adaptability.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
