Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Right Move Real Estate is a professional real estate company offering residential and commercial property solutions, property sales and investment opportunities. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Executive in Erbil who will generate and manage property leads, run client meetings and promote listings. The role requires regular in-person client interaction and property visits.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential buyers and investors and present property options
• Organize site visits and negotiate offers
• Guide clients through the sales process from first contact to closing
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market
• Prepare basic sales reports and collaborate with internal teams on accurate property information

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, real estate or customer-facing roles is preferred
• Fluency in relevant local languages; strong English is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Erbil, including regular field visits
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is an asset

Required skills

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and handle objections
• Client relationship management, including active listening and clear communication
• Basic knowledge of residential and commercial real estate, property valuation and local market trends
• Proficiency in office software and digital tools such as email, spreadsheets and CRM or listing platforms
