Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to develop new business and manage direct end‑customer accounts across Basra and Southern Iraq. You will be responsible for achieving territory sales and revenue targets while building strong, long‑term relationships with enterprise, government and SMB customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts in the assigned region.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets for the territory.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using a CRM system.
• Identify, propose, negotiate and close deals with enterprise, government and SMB customers.
• Promote the company’s five business lines and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout long sales cycles.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT services, office technology or managed services.
• Experience managing a regional or territory sales target is preferred.
• Established business network in Basra; experience with oil & gas, ports, banking or government accounts is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, independent and comfortable managing long sales cycles.

Required skills

• Familiarity with managed‑services models.
• Experience with CRM and pipeline management.
