About the role
Dongcheng, a leading power‑tools manufacturer, is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join its Iraq team. You will focus on field sales, supporting distributors and expanding the retail presence of Dongcheng tools in hardware and tool stores.
Key responsibilities
- Assist importers and distributors in developing secondary distribution channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail stores, providing timely market feedback.
- Report and resolve customer after‑sales issues promptly.
- Help sales leaders create annual sales plans and recommend re‑orders based on client purchase, stock, and sales ratios.
- Follow up on client payments to ensure timely collection.
Required profile
- 3‑5+ years of sales experience in power tools or related industries.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management skills.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic.
