Regional General Manager

About the role

The Regional General Manager will lead KOREK’s operations in the Erbil region, ensuring the execution of corporate strategies and achievement of sales, subscriber, and revenue targets. Reporting to senior executives, the role combines full administrative oversight with direct supervision of the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all regional operations in coordination with the management team.
• Achieve regional KPIs for sales, active subscribers, and revenue.
• Prepare and submit monthly performance and expense reports to headquarters.
• Implement KOREK policies and procedures across the Erbil region.
• Monitor actual versus budget expenses and provide regular financial updates.
• Conduct regular meetings with regional staff and management to boost engagement, motivation, and alignment with head‑office objectives.
• Coach and mentor regional leadership, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Recommend operational adjustments in response to market changes.
• Analyze competitor activities and provide strategic insights.
• Identify and advise on regional business risks.
• Manage all regional expenses responsibly.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of relevant experience in regional management or similar senior roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Arabic, English, and Kurdish.
