Recruitment Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Officer to lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while supporting daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will help us attract and hire top talent that aligns with our business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process, including posting job ads on multiple platforms.
• Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain a candidate database and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Track employee attendance, leave records and assist in payroll preparation.
• Update employee records in HR systems and handle employee inquiries.
• Prepare basic HR reports and support administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Strong communication and interviewing abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn.
