Production Manager – Water Purification & Bottling

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our water purification and bottling plant. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, high quality standards and efficient production throughout the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete water production line, from bottling to storage.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety regulations.
• Plan and monitor daily production schedules and output.
• Lead production staff, assign tasks and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate machinery maintenance with the maintenance department.
• Identify waste reduction opportunities and drive efficiency improvements.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in water factories or similar food & beverage manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and professional discipline.
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO and HACCP is preferred.
