Part‑Time Tele Sales Team Member

About the role

Zain Iraq is looking for a motivated part‑time Tele Sales Team Member to contact potential and existing customers by phone, promote the company’s offers and close sales deals. You will act as the voice of Zain, delivering product information and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Increase revenue through upselling and cross‑selling Zain offers.
• Convince customers to subscribe to new products and services via phone.
• Handle outbound calls, provide accurate product information, and address customer inquiries.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department promptly.
• Collect customer feedback and maintain courteous communication.
• Support the rollout of new services and ensure compliance with Zain IQ policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in a related sales or tele‑marketing role.
• Flexibility to work part‑time hours.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude and achievement‑driven mindset.
