Operations Supervisor – Iraq

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operations Supervisor to lead daily activities at our centre in Iraq. The role ensures smooth, efficient operations while delivering high‑quality service to customers and supporting staff performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain smooth and efficient centre operations.
• Foster a teamwork‑oriented, disciplined environment.
• Ensure rapid processing of requests and address customer grievances.
• Assist staff to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.
• Create, maintain and share performance reports with management.
• Manage inventory and ensure all operational requirements are met.
• Rostering and proper manning of customer‑service teams.
• Handle day‑end cash closing and related reporting.
• Provide training on customer service, products and processes.
• Act as first‑level escalation point for customer and employee issues.
• Gather customer feedback and improve social‑media reviews.
• Drive value‑added sales revenue for the centre.
• Ensure compliance with mission standards and 100% quality on submitted applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration or Operations Management preferred).
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and reporting.
• Customer‑focused mindset with ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans.
• Ability to manage escalations calmly and handle complaints professionally.
• Composure under pressure and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Effective schedule, resource and workload management.
• Collaboration with peers, cross‑functional teams and management.
