Odoo System Implementer

About the role

Manage and optimize the day‑to‑day running of our Odoo retail platform across the entire holding companies. You will maintain system integrity, perform data migrations, ensure seamless POS integration, and work closely with the development team on customizations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Odoo modules for POS, inventory, purchasing & accounting.
• Perform daily data integrity checks, resolve discrepancies, and conduct scheduled stock‑take reconciliations.
• Record assets in Odoo’s Asset Management app and lead the asset inventory project.
• Create Odoo Workflows or Scheduled Actions to automate repeatable manual tasks.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and collaborate with the Odoo Developer on module testing and deployment.
• Communicate release plans to store managers, produce SOPs, and provide end‑user training.
• Partner with sourcing, stores, and marketing teams to align processes and ensure accurate promotions in POS.
• Monitor system uptime, investigate performance bottlenecks, and recommend upgrades or process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 1‑3 years of experience administering Odoo (v15+).
• Professional fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for data accuracy.

Required skills

• Odoo Retail (POS) and Inventory modules.
• SQL / PostgreSQL for reporting and queries.
• Basic Python scripting for automation.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
