Medical Sales Representative – Aesthetic Medical Devices

About the role

As a Medical Sales Representative for aesthetic medical devices, you will drive adoption and commercial growth of our device portfolio within the assigned territory. You will work closely with aesthetic doctors, clinic owners and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs, present solutions and build long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to meet sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify new aesthetic clinics, convert prospects into active customers and manage the full customer journey from prospecting to post‑sale follow‑up.
• Deliver engaging presentations on device features, treatment protocols and product benefits.
• Coordinate demonstrations, trainings and workshops with internal teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a relevant medical/scientific field.
• Based in Baghdad with at least 1 year of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, aesthetic or medical‑device sales.
• Strong commercial skills, ability to negotiate, handle objections and convert prospects.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with doctors and decision‑makers in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
