Junior MIS Officer

About the role

The Junior MIS Officer will support and enhance information systems that streamline workflow for internal customers. The role involves timely data processing, report generation, and assisting users with system-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve organization databases, including creating and updating structures.
• Enhance database performance and develop operational analysis reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Provide support and maintenance for existing Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Document MIS processes to ensure smooth operations and easy maintenance.
• Recommend updates to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Analyze business information to identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT teams and end‑users for system development, testing, implementation, and user training.
• Develop dashboards, automate reporting, and deliver insights to management.
• Produce periodic reports and conduct data analysis to reveal trends and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Kurdish is a plus.
• High ethical standards and strong analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with .Net development.
