IVD Area Sales Manager – Baghdad

About the role

Saaeda is expanding its laboratory sales team and seeks an experienced IVD Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations in Baghdad. You will be responsible for strengthening market presence and driving sustainable growth for our in‑vitro diagnostics portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets in the Baghdad region.
• Lead, mentor and support the local sales team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, key customers and government stakeholders.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor in laboratory or medical devices.
• At least 5 years hands‑on sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Strong leadership, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, pathological analysis, life sciences or a related field.
