About the role
Shams Telecom is expanding its operations and is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Controller. The role monitors inventory movements, ensures that physical stock quantities match ERP records, oversees receiving, issuing and stocktaking activities, and prepares reports to support efficient warehouse operations. Applications are accepted exclusively for candidates based in Baghdad.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor inventory movements
- Ensure physical stock quantities match ERP records
- Oversee receiving, issuing and stocktaking activities
- Prepare reports supporting efficient warehouse operations
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control or inventory and materials management
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, professional integrity and effective communication skills
Required skills
- Experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage
- Knowledge of inventory reconciliation procedures and warehouse documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting
