About the role
Safna IT Services is seeking an Information Technology Expert to join its dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation, security, and continuous improvement of the company’s IT environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, applying up‑to‑date security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
- Conduct regular system audits, generate reports, and recommend improvements to meet industry standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT systems management and support.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
