Independent Retail Head – Van Sales

About the role

The Independent Retail Head – Van Sales will lead the expansion of a premium technology product portfolio across Iraq through a dedicated van‑sales network. You will be responsible for building and managing an independent retail ecosystem, ensuring product availability, visibility and revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail expansion strategies focused on van‑sales channels.
• Build, onboard and manage a network of independent retailers and small‑shop partners.
• Optimize route‑to‑market efficiency, including route planning and van‑sales operations.
• Drive product availability, shelf visibility and sell‑out performance at all retail points.
• Analyze market trends and sales performance to adjust tactics and maximize market share.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align commercial objectives and support field activities.

Required profile

• Strong experience in van sales, independent retail management or field‑sales leadership within technology or consumer electronics.
• Proven track record of developing retail networks and delivering territory‑level sales growth.
• Good understanding of van‑sales operations, route planning and retail distribution models.
• Experience managing independent retailers, small shops and channel partners.
• Leadership, team‑management and stakeholder‑coordination skills.
• Commercial acumen with ability to analyse market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Familiarity with premium technology products or brands is preferred.
