HVAC Sales Engineer – Commercial Air Conditioning

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Erbil focuses on designing and selling commercial air‑conditioning (CAC) solutions to business customers. You will act as the technical bridge between clients and the engineering/installation teams, ensuring proposals meet project requirements and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform load calculations, select appropriate CAC systems, and prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Meet with customers to gather project specifications and translate them into detailed drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering and installation teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Support tender submissions, deliver technical presentations, and provide after‑sales technical guidance.
• Assist in system troubleshooting, review maintenance needs, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in commercial HVAC projects, sales engineering, or technical customer support.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on‑site in Erbil, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Must be an Iraqi citizen.

• Maintenance, repair, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
