HR Representative

About the role

IraqSpectrum, an IT and cybersecurity solutions company headquartered in Iraq, is hiring a full-time HR Representative in Baghdad on a hybrid basis. The representative supports people-focused initiatives by managing recruitment, employee relations and administrative tasks, while helping implement HR policies and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening and interviews
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Answer employee questions about HR policies, benefits and procedures
• Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment
• Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce trends

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate environment
• Ability to keep confidential and sensitive information
• Proactive, adaptable and a team player with a positive attitude

Required skills

• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and labor laws
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication and problem-solving skills
