About the role

The HR & IT Support Specialist will manage both the IT infrastructure and daily HR operations for the Mosul branch of Sardar Group. This dual role ensures smooth technology performance while supporting employee lifecycle processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and backup systems across the branch.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, attendance tracking, and HR documentation.
  • Develop and monitor IT performance indicators, prepare reports, and assist in IT strategy implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or diploma in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2‑3 years of combined IT and HR experience.
  • Advanced English and fluent Arabic communication skills.

  • Network security and monitoring.
  • Software installation, configuration and upgrades.
  • Hardware maintenance and configuration.
  • Backup management and data recovery.
  • IT vendor selection and procurement.
