About the role
The Housekeeper role is a full-time, on‑site position at Mariana Hotel in Erbil. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas, make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Report maintenance issues, follow cleaning schedules, and use equipment safely.
- Interact courteously with guests and colleagues, responding to guest requests.
Required profile
- Ability to perform housekeeping and laundry tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong organization skills to manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry supplies.
- Basic literacy and numeracy to understand instructions and safety guidelines.
