Field Service Operations Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Field Service Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline field service and technical support activities across Iraq. The role serves as the central hub between field engineers, internal management, and client stakeholders, ensuring that all operations are planned, tracked, and reported accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and assign field engineers to multiple sites, monitor progress and adjust priorities.
• Coordinate travel, site access, security clearances and other logistical needs for engineers.
• Maintain live trackers for assignments, service activities, priorities and completion status.
• Administer training programs, track attendance, issue certificates and identify gaps.
• Track preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, system configurations and inventory activities.
• Prepare bi‑weekly and monthly operational reports, field service logs and lessons‑learned summaries.
• Serve as primary liaison with clients, attend meetings and site visits, and escalate critical issues.
• Maintain an issues register, assign owners, track resolutions and proactively manage operational risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations, project coordination or field service management.
• Proven experience coordinating field service operations in Iraq or a similar environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with strong stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with tactical radio, military communications or systems integration platforms.
