Engineering Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Coordinator to lead the maintenance and technical operations of our hotel facilities. The successful candidate will ensure all electrical, mechanical, kitchen and laundry equipment runs efficiently while delivering exceptional service to guests and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain all electrical equipment and control panels, ensuring accurate functionality.
• Prepare and follow preventive maintenance schedules and keep detailed records.
• Maintain cleanliness of electrical panels, motors, appliances, kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Distribute work to sub‑ordinates based on capabilities and monitor compliance with standards.
• Ensure tools are stored safely and are in good working condition.
• Coordinate with other departments to guarantee quality, progress, and strong inter‑department relationships.
• Create opportunities for engineering staff to multitask and develop new skills.
• Maintain performance of pumps, motors, and other mechanical systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to identify faults and implement corrective actions.
• Excellent analytical, administrative and reporting skills.
• High self‑motivation and ability to work under pressure.
