Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The company is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to build and strengthen CRM and digital marketing capabilities across a large, multi‑category consumer business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the CRM, digital marketing and consumer engagement roadmap.
• Improve customer‑data capture, segmentation and profiling for targeted engagement.
• Build measurable CRM campaigns and customer journeys across the consumer lifecycle.
• Lead paid, owned and CRM channel initiatives focused on acquisition, conversion and ROI.
• Strengthen e‑commerce and direct‑to‑consumer capabilities and grow digital sales.

Required profile

• Strong experience across CRM and digital marketing, ideally within FMCG, food or beverages.
• Hands‑on experience building or significantly developing CRM capabilities.
• Experience managing external digital, media or technology partners and agencies.
