Customer Service & Sales Agent

About the role

Join Emirates as a Customer Service & Sales Agent, providing top‑level assistance to passengers while promoting and selling airline tickets and related services. You will work in a retail office environment, collaborating with a team to meet commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality customer service and advise passengers on Emirates fares, ticketing options, and travel requirements (passport, visa, health).
• Issue tickets and sell ancillary products such as Skywards membership, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings, and upgraded fares.
• Identify sales opportunities through rapport building and promote all Emirates‑related products.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation, update timetables, and ensure promotional materials are displayed correctly.
• Support the Customer Sales & Service Team Leader with end‑of‑day sales closing and cash handling.
• Assist travel agents with bookings, special fare quotations, and ticketing formalities.
• Handle complex queries, including medical cases and special service requests.

Required profile

• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Minimum GCSE/O Level education or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a contact‑centre or reservations environment within the airline or travel industry, or a Diploma/Degree in Travel and Tourism.
• Strong PC literacy and ability to work with Windows‑based applications.
