Content Manager

About the role

IraqSpectrum, an IT and cybersecurity solutions provider based in Iraq, is looking for a Content Manager in Baghdad. The role shapes the brand's voice and messaging by planning, creating and managing content across the website, social media channels and marketing campaigns, with direct impact on engagement with clients, partners and the tech community. The position is full time and hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, edit and publish content for the website, blog and social media.
• Collaborate with the design team on visually appealing multimedia content.
• Manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Analyse content performance metrics and optimise strategies accordingly.
• Stay up to date on industry trends to create relevant and innovative content.
• Oversee the consistency of brand voice and tone across all communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, management or digital marketing.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
