Commercial Coordinator

About the role

Uruk DT, the authorized Ricoh partner in Iraq, provides printing, document management and office technology solutions to institutional clients. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Commercial Coordinator in Baghdad who coordinates commercial activities, supports sales processes and keeps commercial records accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries and prepare offers and quotations
• Follow up with existing and potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of commercial transactions
• Ensure timely communication between sales, operations and management
• Assist in monitoring contract performance and tracking orders and deliveries
• Generate basic reports and analyses to support commercial decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams and follow company procedures

Required profile

• Relevant experience in sales coordination, commercial administration or customer service, preferably in technology or office equipment solutions
• Ability to work on-site in Baghdad, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business, administration or a related field preferred

Required skills

• Commercial management and follow-up, and strong analytical skills for reviewing data and preparing simple reports
• Team management and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word, and basic reporting skills
• Fluency in Arabic and good working knowledge of English would be beneficial
