About the role
Zain Iraq is looking for an Inbound Call Center Agent to handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction. The role involves direct interaction with current and potential customers about products, services, and promotions.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and respond to inbound calls, providing accurate information on Zain products, services, and promotions.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department to ensure swift resolution.
- Upsell and cross‑sell products and services to generate additional revenue.
- Maintain professional, courteous communication to uphold customer satisfaction.
- Support the rollout of new services and products by ensuring quality standards are met.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening shifts.
