After‑Sales Manager – Automotive

About the role

The After‑Sales Manager will lead all post‑sale activities for Laith Al Obaidi Group’s automotive division, ensuring top‑notch service, warranty handling, spare‑parts management and customer satisfaction. This executive‑level position reports directly to senior management and drives profitability and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an after‑sales strategy to meet service quality, revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• Oversee daily operations of service centres, workshops and parts departments, managing scheduling, workload planning and resource utilisation.
• Monitor workshop productivity, turnaround times and capacity utilisation.
• Implement customer satisfaction programmes, manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Prepare annual budgets, track service revenue, gross profit, parts sales and warranty costs, and control operational expenses.
• Identify revenue‑growth opportunities such as service packages, AMC contracts and accessories.
• Maintain internal controls, SOPs and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Lead, coach and evaluate the after‑sales team, establishing KPIs and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, suppliers, insurers and manufacturers to ensure a seamless customer lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive after‑sales operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of service operations, spare‑parts management and warranty systems.
• Proven leadership, analytical and communication abilities.
