Trainer - HR Development

About the role

The Trainer – HR Development will deliver high‑quality training sessions while supporting the Assistant Training Manager in program coordination, content creation, and multilingual translation. This role ensures clear communication and effective learning experiences that boost employee development and organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Training Manager in preparing and managing the training calendar.
• Coordinate with employees and department heads to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Deliver training sessions in line with approved standards and plans.
• Help design, develop, and implement training content, workshops, and learning activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, learning campaigns, and internal programs such as Sardar Connect, 5S Audit, leadership development, compliance, and HSE.
• Translate and interpret training materials between Kurdish, Arabic, and English, adapting content for cultural relevance.
• Facilitate interactive sessions, group discussions, and practical activities.
• Provide on‑ground logistical support during training events.
• Collect feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training delivery, facilitation, or teaching.
• Fluency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong translation and interpretation skills across the three languages.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience supporting employee engagement and training programs is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
