Technology Development Associate

About the role

KBR is looking for motivated Iraqi national graduates to join the Integrated Field Management System (IFMS) project at Majnoon Oil Field. The Technology Development Associate position offers a structured graduate development pathway across multiple technology disciplines, combining formal training, on‑the‑job experience, mentoring and project assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational graduate development program covering Information Management, IT, Digital Solutions, Cyber Security, SAP, Data Management and Operational Technology.
• Support daily activities of assigned technology teams, including project assistance, operational support and end‑user help.
• Complete technical, business and professional development courses as assigned.
• Collect, analyse, report and document data for various technology initiatives.
• Engage in workshops, mentoring sessions and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Assist with technology adoption, user engagement and continuous‑improvement efforts.
• Develop an understanding of oil‑and‑gas business processes and supporting technologies.
• Adhere to HSE standards, company policies and professional conduct at all times.

Required profile

• Recent graduate, Iraqi national, eligible to work in Iraq.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to a long‑term career in the oil and gas sector.
