Technical Engineer – Advertising & Signage

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Engineer with strong design and engineering expertise to support our advertising and signage projects. The successful candidate will translate 3D and AutoCAD concepts into practical production solutions, ensuring quality, safety, and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Read and analyse 3D and AutoCAD designs to propose feasible production methods.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for display stands, booths, exhibitions and event structures.
• Develop engineering drawings applying value‑engineering principles to optimise cost and practicality.
• Maintain organised records of all engineering data, drawings and material specifications.
• Coordinate project timelines with the Technical/Design Head and Production Management.
• Guide manufacturing and operations teams on fabrication and assembly methods.
• Collaborate with Procurement to expedite raw material purchases.
• Monitor project start‑up to ensure compliance with dimensions, specifications and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts – Industrial Design.
• 2‑5 years of experience in the advertising, signage or related industry.
• Strong task prioritisation and time‑management abilities.
