Store Manager

About the role
FLO Retail, the leading footwear retailer in Turkey, is expanding its presence in Iraq and seeks experienced Store Managers to lead stores across the northern and southern regions. You will be responsible for delivering the brand’s high standards, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all store operations in line with FLO Retail standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service.
- Recruit, train, and develop store personnel.
- Set and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Report performance and operational issues to senior management.
- Continuously monitor sales results and implement corrective actions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a store manager in a comparable retail environment.
- International business exposure is preferred.
- Willingness to relocate within Iraq.
Required skills
- Fluency in English or Turkish.
