Software Implementation Specialist

About the role

MedaNet is seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to join its on‑site team in Erbil. You will lead the planning and execution of software implementation projects, ensuring that solutions are configured, migrated, and integrated to meet client business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, configure, and deploy enterprise software solutions for clients.
• Perform data migration, testing, and integration with existing tools.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into system setups.
• Provide end‑user training, create documentation, and support post‑implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate with technical and support teams.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for higher adoption.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to understand and map business processes.
• Hands‑on experience delivering software implementation projects.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.
• Ability to work on‑site in Erbil and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
